To cut a long story short I had a very large leak under my bath and decreased water pressure for a number of months. I had it seen by at least 4 plumbers all of which sucked their teeth and told me it would be expensive. Although none could pin point the problem. The best collective suggestion was to re-seal around my bath.........which I did...........it didn't help. Jo came round to see the problem and two hours later it was all fixed and finished! Jo provides an efficient, honest and thorough service. She maintains a positive attitude and nothing seems to be any bother. She explains what she is doing every step of the way......and the best bit. She cleans up after herself!
Shower Valve Replacement: I needed to replace a built in shower mixer unit and having been let down by another plumber I was delighted to find Jo at Pink Plumbers who also accepted the challenge of changing the unit without ruining the existing tiling in the shower stall, not an easy task. more...

I needed to replace a built in shower mixer unit and having been let down by another plumber I was delighted to find Jo at Pink Plumbers who also accepted the challenge of changing the unit without ruining the existing tiling in the shower stall, not an easy task.
Despite the difficulties this presented she was efficient, cheerful, reasonably priced, and above all left the place as clean if not cleaner than she found it!
I highly recommend her services and will have no hesitation in using her again.

Earlier this year our company needed some major plumbing work done in our kitchen and warehouse.. We contacted several plumbers. They either said that the job was beyond their scope or they simply couldn’t be bothered to come out and give us a quote.

Jo Lawrence came to my house in September and October 2009 to resolve a few plumbing difficulties in our bathrooms shortly after we moved in. Jo arrived punctually at the time arranged and introduced herself in a polite and friendly manner.
I had a lengthy list of repairs for her and she immediately got to work tackling those she was able to resolve straightaway and sourcing new parts where necessary. I also unexpectedly sprung installing our big American fridge on her, which she took in her stride and added to the list. The problems in 4 bathrooms included a worn ball valve and vibrations in the pipework, several wobbly taps and loo seats, broken shower door fittings, slow bath drainage and flooding from a bath overflow. She worked her way methodically through the tasks and was able to complete all items on my list in three visits.

Having contacted Pink Plumbers for two small plumbing jobs in the past (and been perfectly satisfied) I approached Jo for advice regarding a new modern cloakroom suite. She helped me through the process of choosing a dual-flush loo and a neat enclosed hand-basin for our downstairs cloakroom.
